In order to formalize the reservation of a bungalow, you must pay half of the total amount owed for the stay. This can be done by bank transfer or by giving us the number of your credit card, in order that we can charge the amount to your account. The remaining amount owing for your reservation will be settled on your arrival at Camping Prado Verde.
We require a deposit of 50.00 € (fifty euros) as a bond. This will be returned to you at the completion of your stay, if the staff of Camping Prado Verde has not found any damage to furniture or household goods, or anything missing. If there has been any damage or loss, the management of the camping group will determine the value of the damage.
You must leave the bungalow in the same clean and tidy condition as you found it, with the kitchen utensils clean, and any rubbish placed in the large rubbish bins. If this is not the case, a charge of 30 € for cleaning will be deducted from your bond or charged to your credit card.
The household goods in the bungalow are listed in the separate inventory.
The price includes the use of sheets and towels for the people included in the lease agreement.
In High Season during the month of August, the minimum stay is for seven nights.
Pets are always allowed in the bungalows. However, you will be responsible for any damage that they may cause, they must not be left alone in the bungalows, and they must be on a leash within the camping ground.
Check-in at the camping ground is from 4.00 pm, and check-out before 12.00 pm.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION FOR BUNGALOWS
If a reservation is cancelled with more than 30 days´ notice before the commencement of the stay, 95% of the amount paid as a deposit will be refunded.
If the cancellation is made 15 to 30 days before the commencement of the stay, 50% of the amount paid as a deposit will be refunded.
If a reservation is cancelled within the 15 days prior to the commencement of the stay, the total amount of the deposit will be lost.
If you wish to cut short the length of your stay once you are already installed in the bungalow, under no circumstances will a refund be made for the unused days.
